Shipping the Snoozle slide sheet

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. We ship worldwide.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. Typical delivery is 2 to 6 days within the United States, 5 to 10 days to the United Kingdom and Europe, and 7 to 14 days to the rest of the world. These are estimates. Carriers can be slower around holidays and customs checks can add a few days.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout once you enter your address, in your local currency where available. Free shipping offers, where they apply, are shown on the product page and in the cart.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. We cannot predict these charges, so please check with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at thesnoozle@thesnoozle.com and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

 

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once you have paid the new shipping cost.
